Tireplanet.ca offers a wide variety of products, therefore it is not possible to stock everything in our facilities. This is why we work with multiple suppliers around Canada to ensure that you can find what you are looking for.
Please keep in mind that our suppliers’ stock may change often during peak periods, and some items may be out of stock (even though they appear available on our website) and require a special order which may take longer and incur additional fees. We do our best to update our website as quickly as possible, however, sometimes you may experience delays.
Is shipping free? If not, how much is it?
Shipping fees depend on the location of the recipient, as well as, the size and weight of the order. Costs may be estimated by adding items to the shopping cart, entering the recipient postal code, and pressing the ‘calculate’ button. Shipping charges are calculated instantly and are accepted by the customer upon checkout.

Where is my tracking number?
Tracking information will be emailed once we ship your products out to you, this may take 24 to 72 hours from the time we confirmed the availability of your order.
Why was my credit card charged before the order was shipped?
Before shipping out any products tireplanet.ca needs to ensure that the funds are available on your credit card, therefore we obtain a preapproval of the amount of your purchase. Once the order is processed, you card is actually charged, at which point you receive and invoice from us.
In rare instances in could happen that after we preapproved your credit card we find out that some of the items you ordered are not in stock, at which point we contact you. If you wish to cancel your order we just void the preapproval, if not, we update the purchase to the items available and charge you for those items only.
Will the tires I chose fit my vehicle?
We assure you, that provided with the right information, our products will fit your vehicle. For tires, our fitment guarantee policy entails that they will be within the overall approved diameter, speed rating, and load rating. Please keep in mind that the approved speed rating is lower for winter tires. For wheels this means that they will attach and not have any affect on suspension, OEM brakes or any other body components. Wheels that will need different bolts, nuts, or rings, are still considered to be 100% fit.

- Once we have all the information and are able to build a case, we have a 95% chance of resolving the issue without involving the manufacturer.
- If after our solutions the tire is still defective, we will take it back to our facility shipping prepaid.
